As Managing Director Silas’s primary role is one of vision and strategy ensuring business achieves its goals of being an employer of choice and supplier of distinction for all Harlestone Group customers. Working closely with the senior management team Silas focuses on employee engagement long with our supply chain to ensure a quality project is delivered on time, in cost, safely.
Simon Foale
Business Development Manager
Simon will drive the promotion of our new projects. With his knowledge and passion for timber products Simon and his Team have already completed a number of prestigious projects and will now focus on a sales strategy for Projects.
Ray Markus
Operations Director
Ray utilising his years of experience overlooks all our live projects. Ray closely collaborates between all clients, installation teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth run of every stage of the project from beginning to successful completion.

Sam joined us as an apprentice and, after completing his course, gained further experience in the workshop as a Fabricator Welder and spent time as a site fitter. Sam has recently joined our estimating team to continue his career progression.
Dan Shaul
Design Manager
Dan has a vast experience in design of Architectural Metalwork both general and bespoke. Dan supervises the production of drawings in close collaboration with both clients and architects to achieve the highest standards and in accordance with the client’s vision.
