Can Harlestone design to fit my brief or do you outsource and just manufacture?
Yes, from receiving a brief through to design, production and installation we complete all work ourselves to a high quality, on time, within budget and safely. We ensure that all stakeholders are kept up-to-date at every stage of the process.
Does Harlestone hold all relevant qualifications and accreditations?
Yes, we do, and it’s part of our commitment to you. These include Construction Line, CHAS, Achilles UVDB, ISO 9001:2015, CE Marking, CSCS certificate of commitment and the Fencing Contractors Association.
Can you install?
Yes, we can fulfil all or any stage of your design brief and we ensure that our installation service meets the same high-quality standards, timings and safety as the rest of our offerings.
What are your lead times?
Our lead times vary from project to project based on factors such as design complexity and the availability of certain materials. But we understand that time is precious to our clients, which is why we guarantee that, excluding extreme circumstances, all of our deliveries and specifications are met on time.
